WiseSolutions is a London AI consultancy. We design, build, host and operate AI workflows, RAG knowledge systems and custom internal software for UK businesses that have decided AI isn't a product. It's how the team gets things done.
A note from the founder
I started this because most AI consulting wasn't shipping anything.
I'm Gian. Before WiseSolutions I spent a decade running digital projects across telecoms, e‑commerce and SaaS. I worked closely enough with engineering teams to understand what ships, and closely enough with strategy decks to know what doesn't.
Three things kept happening. Companies were paying SaaS bills for software they'd outgrown. Teams were spending four hours a week shuttling information between apps. And every "AI strategy" engagement ended in a slide deck instead of something running in production.
So WiseSolutions exists to do the third part. We map the actual workflow, scope what's worth automating, build it in your environment, and host it on infrastructure we manage. If something breaks at 11pm on a Tuesday, we know about it before you do.
We're a small team. Most weeks we ship for clients running multi‑location services, professional firms or product businesses across the UK. Some show up in our field notes. Most stay anonymised.

How we work
Three rules. No exceptions.

We build, we don't resell.
The infrastructure, the code and the uptime are ours. You get one number for the system that's running your business, not a stack of vendor invoices and a long blame chain when something breaks.

Specific over abstract.
We talk in workflows, hours saved and rows in a spreadsheet. Not "transformation". Not "synergy". If we can't measure the outcome before we start, we won't start.

Honest about scope.
Some projects we say no to. Fully autonomous reconciliation, anything regulated where the failure mode is invisible, anything that needs to be 100% right and we can only get to 96%. We tell you on the first call.
